when i google "google keyword tool" i gwt google adwords and cannot find the normal format for google kwyword tool --can anyone help please??|||This happened to me yesterday as well, but I was able to figure it out. Google apparently changed the results for the phrase "google keyword tool" to display this site first:

This is actually the google keyword tool box. Google is attempting to phase out the old one and now labels it as the "external" google keyword tool. Here is the link to access it:

They will most likely keep that link live for several years, but I encourage you to try and use the new keyword tool box. It actually has some really great features and after you learn the new software, is fairly simple to use.
