Need help with Google keyword tool?

Hello, I am having a problem using the Google Keyword Tool. I have a new account and when I sign in and try to use it, It asks for the security word to be typed in and click submit. I do that but it keeps asking over and over and wil not let me get passed it. Why is this? is there somthing wrong? Please help.
