Google key word tool. How accurate is the search numbers?

With regards to google keyword tool, why do you get two different results for keyword searches. When you sign in you get a one set of results and when you search without signing in you get a different result. Which one is the right result?|||Neither are particularly accurate but can be taken as a relative measure, so for instance if the results show 1000 monthly searches for 'pink tennis shoes' and 2000 for 'blue tennis shoes' you can take it that whatever the true numbers the search for blue tennis shoes is twice as popular as the one for pink.|||http://google-seo.seosinfo.com鈥?/a>
